ABOUT THE IPV PREVENTION CONFERENCE:Students for the Prevention of Violence at UCSF is proud to host the annual Interpersonal Violence Prevention Conference.
The Interpersonal Violence Prevention Conference, formerly known as the Domestic Violence Conference, began in 2000. It is an annual interprofessional conference for students from the schools of medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy and physical therapy. This conference is critical in training future and current practitioners to prevent violence, recognize and address the effects of trauma, and advocate for patients and communities. |
